Set in our picturesque, restored 1930s building with original hardwood
floors (with some funky modifications) and 12' ceilings, Twilight Pizza
Bistro offers a unique dining experience in a warm and inviting
atmosphere. At Twilight, our philosophy is to keep it simple and honest.
We
are a casual, full-service restaurant, leaning toward what we like to
call "homestyle gourmet."
We offer pizza, pasta, appetizers, desserts, and an extensive selection
of beer and wine--something to please almost any palette, whether
connoisseur or average Joe. We use the best, freshest ingredients
available, doing much of our produce shopping locally daily. We make our
pizza dough with Pendleton® flour from a recipe that we perfected over a
long period of trial and error. We formulated the dough to work equally
well with our hand-tossed style as well as thin crust.
